1 .WHO CAN TAKE THIS COURSE?

You must:

Be 18 years or older.

Have the right to work in the UK.

Provide valid photo ID (passport or driving licence).

Have a basic standard of English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).

2. How long does the course take?

The course usually runs over 6 days (approx. 40–50 hours) including both theory and practical assessment.

3. What happens if I fail an exam?

You can resit the exam, without additional charges to complete the qualification.

4.Do I need first aid training before starting?

Yes. A valid Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) certificate is required before enrolling.
